Our aim is to provide a practical, professional and efficient service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and the results are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.

We specialise in air tightness testing of new residential dwellings, in compliance with the requirements of the Building Regulations Approved Document L1A. In addition, we can provide a range of acoustic services having many years experience in the environmental, architectural and occupational noise sectors in both the public and private sectors.

We are approved by the British Institute of Non-destructive Testing (BINDT) for domestic air tightness testing and our Managing Director, Robert Smith, is a corporate member of the Institute of Acoustics.
